Muscles are important because they help us burn fat, even when we're not doing indoor cycling. We know our muscles make it possible for us to breathe among many, many other things.
More than 100 Ryders pedaled, our instructors led the charge, and our greater community (including local businesses) responded enthusiastically...we came together to raise a total of $7,200
