During my first indoor cycling class I kept giving myself the little-engine-that-could speech... "I think I can, I think I can . . ." It was much more challenging than it looked. But, I was intrigued and invigorated. I set small new goals for myself during each class, pushing myself to improve my performance. Before I knew it, I was stronger and my endurance greater. Even better, I was having FUN and my weight was dropping noticeably every week. That was well over 100 pounds and many miles ago. In cycling I have found a true passion which combines my love of music with the endorphin rush of working my body as it was intended.
