This week we are talking about paranoid parenting. How do we teach our kids about stranger danger, food safety or any other subject that gives us parents nightmares in a way that doesn’t do the same for our kids? With all of the things we see in the headlines, such as kidnappings, chokings, drowning and worse, it is a wonder we let our kids out of our sight! We went to Frankenmuth for the day last year, it was a lot of fun, went to Grandpa Tiny's farm, walked around downtown, got some ice cream and some chicken before heading home. If you had more time and a little more cash, you could stay overnight and hit Zehnders waterpark or stay at the Bavarian Inn with their pools. It's a quick trip, and there is plenty to do.
