Food & Water Watch – a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit – will discuss ways to protect water and food resources during the kickoff of its southeast Michigan campaign Thursday.
The exhibit, which is one of the largest of its kind in the state, is scheduled for June 28-Aug. 30 at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center; the application deadline is May 20.
However, the district's performance compared to its own 2011 results was not uniform, with some improvements and some declines.
