Biwako Sushi is located in a plaza off of Michigan Avenue in Saline. The restaurant is one of the only sushi places in town, and offers several different kinds of entrees. Biwako is a great place to stop for lunch, as it offers a large dining room with several tables. Biwako is known for many different custom sushi rolls and has a specials board that changes weekly. It also offers rolls with the choice of brown rice.
