  1. Rochelle Bird of Tecumseh's British Pantry and Tea Garden Cafe will present "Tea: As a Healthy Beverage" at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16, at the Saline Area Senior Center during the Saline Stone and Thistle Garden Club's monthly meeting.
  2. Shiver me timbers! Thursday, Sept. 19, is International Talk Like a Pirate Day.
