1. Saline Community Fair

The Saline Community Fair Parade caps the first day of the eight-day festival at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds in Ann Arbor. Click here to view the full schedule. Rides begin Tuesday.

2. For your information 

A celebration of our First Amendment and a view from Washington, Lansing, Ann Arbor and Chelsea. Moderated by Will Johnson, President Emeritus, Chelsea Community Hospital, the program will be casual in nature — neighbors talking to neighbors. Discussion will include K-12 Education, Pensions, and the Affordable Care Act. Bring your questions for your representative! Light refreshments will be served.
