City Employees Donate $1,000 to Saline Area Social Services

The non-profit organization provides a food pantry, prescription drug assistance, back-to-school clothing, baskets at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and a Holiday Adopt-A-Family program to families in need in the Saline Area School District.

The Saline Area Social Service is in the process of its Holiday Adopt-a-Family program for 2011. Last year, the program helped make the holiday season brighter for 140 households, including 153 children.
