Why would a man wear a kilt if he didn't want to show off his legs?
The Saline Celtic Festival presents the annual Mr. Pretty Legs contest at 8:15 p.m., Friday night, in the Red Dragon Tent at Mill Pond Park.
Watch as Saline's bravest men dance around stage to music played by Road Kilt and endure the objectifying comments of saucy-mouthed emcee Beth Patterson. Entrants will anonymously “walk the walk” across the stage and be rated by a panel of experienced judges.
Contestants can enter at the show. They must be male, wear a kilt, and be 21 years of age or older. They will be judged on stage presence, the sway of their kilt and audience applause, among other things.
Cost of entrance at the festival is $10 for adults and $5 for youth. Kids 12 and under enter free of charge.
