YOGILATES: New Fitness class at the Rec Center

YOGILATES

This class is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility.  Participation in this class will also increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body.  Participants will learn the fundamentals of Yoga and Pilates.  All fitness levels are welcome.
