This class is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility. Participation in this class will also increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Yoga and Pilates. Each Yogilates class concludes with deep relaxation. Busy people love this class because they can enjoy the benefits of Yoga and Pilates at the same.
