Equip yourself with the knowledge, skills and confidence to avoid threatening situations and fend off attackers.  Every person, big or small, weak or strong, of all abilities possesses the most powerful tools for self defense.  Join us for this six week workshop to find out what these tools are and how you can use them to keep yourself and your loved ones safe.  Topics include: discussion-crimes against women, profile of an attacker, confronting a potential attacker and proven effective self - defense techniques.  This class is free to all Saline Area School employees.  Wear comfortable, non-restricting clothing.
