Wear Red Day at the Rec Center

On Friday, February 3rd, the Saline Rec Center is hosting a Wear Red Day in honor of heart health. Wear Red to the Rec Center on that day and receive FREE admission to the facility and to any fitness class by simply wearing RED.

6:05 am Rise & Spin Class

8:30 am Low Stress Water Aerobics Class

9:00 am Indoor Cycling Class

10:45 am Total Fitness Class

4:00 pm Zumba

NEW 4:00 - 8:45 pm Family Swim

NEW 5:00 BollyFit Class

NEW 7:00 - 8:45 pm Drop-in Volleyball

Donations to the American Heart Association:

1. We can accept any amount of donation that an individual is willing to make to the American Heart
Association.

2. We can accept donations in cash or check form.  Checks will need to be made out to the American Heart Association.

3. Reciepts for donations are available. 

4. Donors are asked to fill out an “In Honor Dress” that will be placed on display
