TRX & Spin class
Engage all your muscles with this Spin and TRX total-body conditioning class. We will begin with a 20 minute spin warm up, followed by a series of guided TRX exercises to help you build overall strength, balance and flexibility and cool down with deep stretches leaving you energized and healthy!
