TRX Bootcamp at the Rec

Small group training  with a personal trainer that offers 4 weeks of training using the TRX with fun and energizing activities to help reach your  body goal. Participants will achieve  strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Space is limited. All ages and fitness levels welcome.  Weather dependent the class may be held outdoors. Must pre register.
