Total Fitness
This class is fun for all ages and fitness levels. A low impact cardio workout is followed by toning with weights, exercise bands or stability balls. Abdominal and other floor exercises enhanced by Pilates and Yoga moves as well as soothing stretches will leave everyone energized and feeling great.
