Do you need more balance, peace, or relaxation in your life? Are your muscles tight? Then Integral Yoga is for you! Use your body weight and gravity, along with proper alignment, to develop strength and increase flexibility. This form of Yoga incorporates sun salutations, standing poses, forward and backward bends, and spinal twists. Each class ends with deep relaxation and breathing.
