Healthy Backs/Gentle Yoga

This class is catered towards those with limited mobility or new to physical exercise. Postures can be performed on the floor, or with wall support. Participants will still reap the health benefits of yoga in a low impact format. The main focus will be improving back health by focusing on strengthening and stretching the paraspinal, abdominal and hamstring muscles. The first class for new participants is always free.
