This orientation is highly recommended for new members and those who are new to using the fitness rooms. Our personal trainer will show you how to safely and effectively use the equipment in the cardio, Nautilus and free weight rooms. Topics covered will include how to program the cardio equipment, how to adjust the settings of the Nautilus fitness circuit, how to use the free weight equipment, and basic guidelines to begin a workout routine.
