19 Graduated From Washtenaw Christian Academy

17 of the 19 students are headed for traditional colleges and universities.

graduated 19 seniors this year and the schools and majors the students are headed off to are very impressive. All but two are attending traditional universities and colleges including: Central Michigan University, Cornell University, Cornerstone University Eastern Michigan University’s Honor College, Huntington University, Indiana Wesleyan University, Loyola University – Chicago, Spring Arbor University and others.

For what some might consider a small Christian school, it serves a large demographic of the area of Saline and surrounding cities. Students majors this year: Advertising and Marketing, Law, Business, Chemical Engineering, Counseling & Psychology, Criminal Law, Early Childhood Development, Industrial Labor & Relations, International Business and Ethics and Moral Philosophy, Music Production & Engineering, Occupational Therapy, Pre-Med, Psychiatry, Special Education and Elementary Education.

The range and depth of the students’ accomplishments have been wide this year. WCA hosted three senior international students that helped make the year special, according to a news release.

WCA is a unique school that has students from preschool to 12th grade. WCA provides students with a quality education that is integrated with a biblical worldview. While college preparatory in nature, WCA believes each student is a unique and wonderfully made individual, with God-given capabilities and gifts, according to the release.

WCA believes it is their responsibility to partner with their parents to provide an atmosphere where students are challenged to be the best they can be, according to the release.
