Here’s what’s on tap:

• City council accept the retirement letter from Saline deputy clerk Jacqueline Lindimore, who retires April 21 after 25 years of serving the city. Council will consider a plan to reorganize the city clerk’s department. The plan, drawn up by clerk Dianne Hill and supported by city manager Todd Campbell, involves promoting Aimee Rutledge to deputy city clerk/elections coordinator. Connie DeHaan, working part-time in the water department, would be brought on full-time as assistant clerk in a position shared by the clerk and water departments. Rutledge would make $47,350 while DeHaan would make $20.80 per hour. According to Hill’s memo to council, the move adds $4,638 in salary this year but saves $21,533 in 2013.
