Saline, Pittsfield Police Arrest Armed Robbery Suspect
A suspect police believe is responsible for two armed ATM robberies in Pittsfield Township over the weekend was being held Monday at the Saline Police Department.

The suspect was being held at Saline Police Department Monday night. Police declined to answer questions about the suspect or the arrest, saying only that that the suspect was being interviewed and that more information would be provided in the morning.
According to Ann Arbor.com, the robberies occurered at Chase Bank ATMs located 4101 Ellsworth Road and 6957 E. Michigan Ave. on Saturday and Sunday. AnnArbor.com reported that the alleged robber approached vehicles as they went through the ATM, revealed a semi-automatic handgun, and then demanded money.
