Harvest Students Tour Saline Police Station, City Hall

On Tuesday, students from Harvest Elementary School toured city hall and the police department to learn lessons in local government.

"We're learning about our City of Saline and the rules and laws that govern us, and how government works at the city level," said Jennifer Stripp, a second grade teacher at Harvest Elementary School.
Saline Police Department DARE officer Dave Ringe guided the tour of the police station, showing students the interview room, the police garage and, of course, the jail.
Deputy Clerk Jackie Lindimore guided the tour of the city offices.
