Rena Feldkamp Was a Lifelong Member of the Washtenaw Farm Bureau

Rena M. Feldkamp, age 95, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at her home. She was born on July 19, 1916 in Clinton, the daughter of Fred J. and Ella May (Hunt) Blumhardt. On Oct. 12, 1939 in Clinton, she married Harold G. Feldkamp and he preceded her in death on Sept. 19, 2000.

Rena was a lifelong member of the Washtenaw County Farm Bureau and the Tri-County Sportsmen League. She loved spending time in Ft. Myers, FL especially during the winter months, but more than that she loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Survivors include children Bette (Larry) Tucker, Raymond (Janet) Feldkamp, Duane (Beverly) Feldkamp, 8 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law Arlene Hoeft, and many nieces and nephews. Rena was preceded in death in addition to her husband by one sister and two brothers.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bridgewater, with the Rev. Kathleen Meyers, officiating. Burial will follow in the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Church.
