GatorRaiser for Local Disaster Relief

Busch’s Fresh Food Market and the American Red Cross need your assistance during the 4th Annual GatorRaiser!  When you donate a pack of Gatorade or bottled water the last week of March at Busch’s, you will be helping your community and those who serve it when they need it most; during times of unforeseen disaster. And for every bottled water donation, Busch’s will match one for one!

As many know, the American Red Cross plays an integral role in supporting disaster relief efforts in our local communities.  The Washtenaw-Lenawee Red Cross responds to about 70 fires each year to provide essential items such as Gatorade and water to those affected, as well as the dedicated firefighters.  These firefighters and victims are our neighbors, friends and family members, which is why it’s so important to help support this cause. 

Monday, March 25th through Sunday, March 31st Busch’s stores in the Washtenaw/Lenawee area* will be collecting donations of Gatorade and bottled water for the Washtenaw-Lenawee Chapter American Red Cross in conveniently located store  donation bins.  In addition, members of the Washtenaw-Lenawee Red Cross will be at the participating Busch’s locations on Saturday, March 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. taking donations.

We greatly appreciate your past support and hope that together we can meet and even exceed last year’s thirst-quenching donations.  Here are some ways you can help:

• Next time you shop at a participating Busch’s, add a pack of Busch’s Spring Water or Gatorade, or a couple bottles (every bottle counts!), to your purchase and drop them in the store donation bin. Busch’s will match every bottled water donation, one for one!
• Tell your friends, family and neighbors about the GatorRaiser.
• Start your own donation box at work or school and drop it off at a participating Busch’s location during the GatorRaiser.
