SAP's Gala is this weekend - Do you recognize anyone in the pictures?

Only 3 days left until Saline Area Players' 40th Anniversary Gala on June 22 at 8PM at Liberty School.  I can't stop looking at all the pictures from our 40 years.  Here are a few for you to enjoy.  One is what I call the "pickle ladies" (really the pick-a-little ladies) from Music Man.  I'm the one in the pink and will be singing at the gala.  The woman on the left is Martha Robertson and she'll be performing something from Oliver.  Then there is a picture from Arsenic and Old Lace.  The man on the left is Alan Day who will be singing "I'm Getting Married in the Morning" from My Fair Lady at the gala.  What about the picture from You Can't Take it With You - is that a snake in that aquarium?  Rebecca Groeb-Driskill, pictured there, grew up in the group and will be part of the event.  And, our MC is none other than one of our previous mayors, Donald Shelton, who played Daddy Warbucks in Annie years ago. He'll be reprising a song from that show with his granddaughter.  It promises to be a really fun night.  PLUS, the ticket price ($10) includes a party at Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack.  Information at the website and tickets can be reserved at tickets@salineareaplayers.org
