ATA Boot Camp will encompass resistance and functional training using weights and kettle bells for lots of toning along with consistent core work and some cardio.
The classes will be led by Emily McDonnell, an ATA 1st Degree Black Belt. Emily has had success teaching various fitness and boot camp classes for the past several years. She has received certification as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. Her certification includes kickboxing, group exercise and step.
Expect to do something new and imaginative to get your day started and have lots of fun! If you already train ATA Fit, you can come to Boot Camp classes by using the same pass you use for ATA Fit!! It's so easy and very affordable. The ATA Fit pass will now cover BOTH programs...you just come to whichever you want, whenever you want! Program passes can be purchased and new members always train 3 times for free.
