Winter Farmers Market

- When: 9 a.m.-noon Saturday
- Pricing: Free
- Why Go: Shop locally and in season each weekend at the Saline Winter Farmers Market.
Bernhardt on Broadway
- Where: The Towsley Auditorium at Washtenaw Community College, 4800 E. Huron River Drive, Ann Arbor
- When: 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday
- Pricing: $25; a dinner option at Haab's Restaurant may be added for an additional $10. Call 734-483-8200 for tickets.
- Why Go: See Carol Dunitz bring the legendary and eccentric stage actress Sarah Bernhardt to life. Dunitz wrote the play, score and lyrics to this one-woman show, and plays "The Divine Sarah" as well.
Elegant Wedding Bridal Show
- Where: Briarwood Mall, 100 Briarwood Circle, Ann Arbor
- When: Noon-5 p.m. Sunday
- Pricing: Free
- Why Go: Get ideas for your special day at this bridal show, where you'll enjoy fashion shows, giveaways, meet vendors and more. For details, visit www.elegantweddingshows.com
Music for a New Year
- Where: Hill Auditorium, University of Michigan, 825 N. University Ave., Ann Arbor
- When: 2-4 p.m. Sunday
- Pricing: $10 adults, $5 seniors/students, free for children 12 and younger
- Why Go: Take in a concert by the Ann Arbor Concert Band, Music for a New Year, featuring pieces by Jenkins, Husa, Wagner and more.
