VIDEO: Saline Kids Get a Taste of the Olympic Experience

Local kids struck gold at Saline High School Tuesday night.

Gym America, Saline Area Schools, Community Education and Saline Recreation partnered to give kids a taste of the "The Olympic Experience."

Kids learned from Saline high School athletes and Gym America gymnasts in track and field and gymnastics demonstrations held early in the evening. They were awarded gold medals and had their pictures snapped while wearing the flag in front of the Oympic rings.

Later in the evening many of the families watched the Olympics on a giant screen in the Saline High School Commons.
