Grab and Go Kids Planner

Take in a story, a play or build your own basketball hoop.

Getting cabin fever?  Grab the kids and hit some of the following places this weekend in and around the Saline/Milan area.  Many of these are free and all of them seem fun.

1.      

Where/when:  , Friday & Saturday, March 11 & 12 @ 7:00 p.m., Sunday, March @ 2:00 p.m.

Why go:  Enjoy an entertaining and enjoyable evening of theatre with Milan’s budding young actors.

Pricing: $10 for adults, $7 for students, children and seniors

Where/when:  , Saturday, March 12 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Why go:  Learn how we use water in our everyday life and how to use water more responsibly.

Pricing: Free!  Don’t forget to call Milan Library to register. 734-439-1240.

 

3.        Princess & Superhero Fantasy Fun Night

Where/when: , Friday, March 11 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Why go: Dress up as your favorite princess or superhero and enjoy dancing, crafts and snacks.  Don’t forget to visit nail salon and tattoo parlor that will be set up for all princesses and superheros .

Pricing: $7 if you get your tickets early, $10 day of the event.

 

4.        Lowe’s Build N’ Grow

Where/when: Lowe’s, Saturday, March 12, 10:30 a.m.  

Why go:  Build a “Shoot Around Basketball”, just in time for the NCAA Basketball Tournament.  All supplies included.

Pricing: Free!  Don’t forget to go to Lowes.com to register.

 

5.        Storytime with Mr. Bones

Where/when: Barnes N Noble, Saturday, March 12, 11:00 a.m.

Why go: Children ages 3+ can enjoy interactive storytelling by Mr. Bones.  You never know what Mr. Bones will have at storytime; guests, cookies, even activity sheets!
