According to Weather.com, the mild weather continues Monday. Expect partly cloudy skies with a high of 81 and a slight chance of some rain. The sun will rise at 6:50 a.m. and set at 8:25 p.m.

Sad News for the Saline Athletic Community

Long-time Saline athletics supporter Dave Hughes died Friday. Hughes, 45, coached girls’ volleyball and boys’ basketball at Saline. In announcing the news, Saline Athletic Director Rob White had this to say:

He was a friend, coach, and supporter of Saline Athletics.  He will be sorely missed.

Visitation is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and the funeral is at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Liberty Road Chapel, 3767 W. Liberty Rd., Ann Arbor. Hughes’ obituary is can be found here.

Paint With Pals at Two Twelve Arts

Anyone working on a painting is invited to bring it to from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday for Painting Pals Open Studio.

Today's Good Morning Saline greeting was given by Robert Graham, Devin Sparrow and Chris Macy, who were members Saline's Special Olympics Golf Team. They gave the greeting at Friday's golf outing for the Saline Young Adult Program. You can see.
