Woman In Cain Settlement Wrote About Famous Saline Pooch

Detroit Free Press journalist Patricia Montemurri wrote about Ann Arbor native Karen Kraushaar, who was identified as one of the women who settled a sexual harassment case with Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain. Kraushaar wrote a book called “Gas Station Charlie," based on a Saline Golden Retriever who was known for fetching customers' money and credit cards.

Hoagies For Hornets

AnnArbor.com journalist Lizzy Alfs has the story about plans for a hoagies restaurant in The Oaks shopping development at 972 E. Michigan Ave. Gabriel's Hoagies, a longtime Ypsilanti business, is opening a second location as early as January 2012.
