Foundation for Saline Area Schools Open House Tonight

The Foundation for Saline Area Schools hosts an at Liberty School from 6:30 to 8 p.m. tonight. The foundational will showcase some of the educational enrichment activities and innovative teaching ideas that were a part of the foundation's mini-grant or strategic grants. At one of the seven stations being set up for the open house, the foundation will talk to visitors about its plans to raise $100,000 that will be used to stock classroom libraries.

Winterfest Planning Meeting Tonight

Volunteers interested in helping with Winterfest are meeting at the Sheratan Hotell off State Street in Ann Arbor immediately following the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce's After Hours event. The After Hours event begins at 5 p.m. The Sheraton Hotel is located at 3200 Boardwalk.
