When they say Labor Day marks the end of summer, they aren't kidding. It's like they flipped a switch. Weather.com calls for a meager high of 70 today with partly cloudy skies and a 10 percent chance of rain. The sun will rise at 7:06 a.m. and set at 8:01 a.m.
