Music Under the Arch Features Ben Daniels Band this Thursday!

Check out this week's Music Under the Arch Concert in Downtown Saline!

This week’s Music Under the Arch concert series features the Ben Daniels Band! The first two concerts of the season have been sell-outs.  Get your tickets early and enjoy a night in Downtown Saline on Thursday, March 21st at 7:30 pm at the Stone Arch!

The Ben Daniels Band played throughout Michigan, as well as Nashville and New York City. As a solo artist, Ben has stepped on the stage in Austin, TX at the Cactus Cafe, as well as The Barns at Wolf Trap. He has even sang at the grave of legendary bluesman Robert Johnson in Greenwood, Mississippi. The son of actor Jeff Daniels, he has quietly monitored what it takes to live life as an artist. Beyond a passed down talent, the Ben Daniels Band believes in hard work, perseverance, and creatively challenging themselves and their audience. www.bendanielsband.com

This week’s Opening Artist is Nervous but Excited.  This Michigan-based pleasantly aggressive folk duo is a unique harmony built upon two songwriters singing genuinely crafted stories with three guitars, a mandolin, a banjo, a ukulele, a harmonica, vaguely choreographed dancing and a glockenspiel.  Their live show will bounce you through a variety of emotions, always keeping you guessing which is next. You might cry, you’ll definitely laugh, and they hope you’ll leave feeling that your heart has grown just a little larger.

Downtown Saline restaurants are offering a special dinner and show package for ticket holders.  Visit them the night of show and see what we mean! A series of art exhibits will run in conjunction with Music Under The Arch concerts.

Music Under the Arch is hosted by Saline Main Street.  Tickets are available at www.musicunderthearch.com.  Hope to see you there!
