Saline CQC Launches ‘Promote Saline Marketing Toolkit’

Free marketing resources are now available for the Saline community.

The Saline Coalition for a Quality Community (CQC) has launched a new “Promote Saline Marketing Toolkit” designed to help Saline community groups, government entities, schools, non-profits and local businesses conduct effective and unified marketing campaigns while leveraging the messaging of the Saline brand.

The Toolkit was developed by the Saline-based communications consulting firm JenMotion Marketing along with members of the CQC’s Promote Saline Committee, and was presented to a group of local community leaders and business owners during a training session at the Saline District Library on Nov. 14.

This comprehensive Saline Marketing Toolkit - now available online at no charge - features a wealth of helpful marketing and public relations resources. Saline community stakeholders can utilize the kit by visiting the Saline CQC website at www.SalineCQC.org and registering to receive access.

The Promote Saline Marketing Toolkit contents include:

  • Four new Saline fact sheets, including an overview and fact sheets targeting businesses, residents and visitors;
  • State and local media lists;
  • Public relations and social media guides;
  • Marketing tips and resources, including an overview of recommended media options for a variety of event types;
  • Saline graphic assets, including an accompanying style guide;
  • A Promote Saline PowerPoint template and community overview presentation;
  • Instructions on how to use the Toolkit resources; and
  • Links to other helpful community resources

"This marketing toolkit is an excellent resource for the entire community,” said Scot Graden, superintendent, Saline Area Schools, and Saline CQC Promote Saline committee member. “Having these tools freely available on the CQC website will allow our local organizations, schools and businesses to get their message – and Saline’s message – out in a consistent and powerful way."

The Saline CQC, founded by leaders of Saline Area Schools, the Saline District Library, as well as local churches, businesses, senior citizen centers, community groups and government agencies, is a 501c3 non-profit organization designed to create a network of cooperation among these entities. This alliance seeks to provide wide use of shared resources among all levels of organization and to serve the unique needs of the Saline community.
