Briarwood Ford Recognized for Family-Friendly Atmosphere

Briarwood Ford in Saline was selected as the most “Family Friendly Car Dealer” by readers of Ann Arbor Family Press.

Owner Steve Whitener said it was an honor appreciated by the staff at the dealership, located at State Street and Michigan Avenue.

“We constantly survey our customers in regards to their satisfaction with our sales and service, and the most common feed back we see is that customers like our friendly atmosphere and staff,” Whitener said. “So it’s nice to see that feedback we receive solidified by the Ann Arbor Family Press readers.”

Whitener credited the Briarwood Ford staff for the award.

“We’re very fortunate to have a lot of long-term employees who recognize the importance of being friendly and helpful,” he said.

Ann Arbor Family Press asked readers to vote for local businesses in nearly 150 categories, said Kelly Schwarck, an account executive for Adams Street Publishing, which owns the magazine. Interns county all the ballots and tabulated the results, which were published in June.
