RydeOn! is focusing on kids in the next two months. First, we'll start our first six-week Kid's Club this Saturday, Jan. 19; then, on Saturday, Feb. 9, we'll once again be Ryding to raise money for the Program to Educate All Cyclists (PEAC) during our second annual Ryde-a-Thon. Here are the details:

RydeOn!'s Special Kids' Club Starting This Saturday, Jan. 19 at 3 pm:

Bring your Fourth-Sixth grader and participate together in this special six-week program beginning with an Introduction to Indoor Cycling this Saturday and continuing with activities including a special RydeOn! Twister game, Dodgeball, and a Hot Potato race! Our first class will meet at 3 pm.

There will also be a fun, informative nutrition talk with our nutrition expert Alyssa, and a special Ryde where the kids will call the shots. Will we Ryde the beaches of Hawaii, the hills of San Francisco, or another beautiful location? Our “fate” for the class will be in the kids' pedals!

All participants will also receive a RydeOn! t-shirt and water bottle.

2nd Annual Indoor Cycling Ryde-A-Thon for PEAC – Saturday, Feb. 9, 1-7 pm
Last year RydeOn!'s clients, great local sponsors, and the wider Saline and Ann Arbor-area community came together to raise more than $5,000 for PEAC, an area charity dedicated to helping children (and adults) with disabilities enjoy the benefits of cycling. This year we'd like to beat that success at our 2nd Annual Ryde-a-Thon on Saturday, Feb. 9.

Here's how it works: Individuals and teams register here for a at least one fifty-minute Ryde and pay a $25 registration fee per person. In addition to your registration, we ask you and your team to raise money by asking your friends, family and co-workers to sponsor your Ryde.

On the day of the event, RydeOn! will supply the kind of rockin’ music and inspiring indoor cycling experience you've come to expect, along with refreshments and prizes from local sponsors.

Next month, come join us to Ryde so that others can! For more information about PEAC and why this is one of our favorite charities here at RydeOn!, see our story about last year's event on our blog.

This is a popular event, so please register today to make sure you get a “seat”!
