Music Under the Arch Returns

Enjoy a night of Michigan-made music at Stone Arch Arts & Events. The third Thursday of the month, through May, features Music Under the Arch. Enjoy local and Michigan talent in a variety of genres.

Upcoming artists include:

  • Feb. 16: Bill Meyer will play piano and sing, and Jessie Nieves & Nic Gareiss are the opening act
  • March 15: The Dragon Wagon performs bluegrass folk rock; the 2012 Saline High School Talent Show winner will open
  • April 19: Dick Siegel and the Brandos will perform American roots-influenced music, and the opening act is yet to be determined.
  • May 19: Marcus & Joan Belgrave Jazz Ensemble is the featured act, with Dan Kim and the Blueberry Incident the opener.

At the same time downtown Saline restaurants will offer special dinner packages for ticket holders. Simply stop in the night of the show and find out what's being offered. Also, a series of art exhibits will run at the same time as the concerts.

The show begins at 7:30 p.m., and doors open at 7 p.m.

Individual tickets for the first four shows are $20 reserved, $15 general admission, and $10 student. The fifth show is $25 reserved, $20 general admission, and $15 student. The best deal is to purchase the series for $100.
