About 200 kids participated in Springfest activities at the Rec Center Saturday.
Hundreds of local kids and their families participated in Saline Recreation's Springfest activities at the Saline Rec Center Saturday.
On a beautiful, sunny Saturday, about 150 children participated in the egg hunt, held in the wooded park north of the Saline Rec Center. After turning in their eggs, the kids and their parents went into the Rec Center and toured the Hippity Hop Trail. On the trail, local businesses offered treats to kids while promoting their businesses and offering free trails and other promotions to moms and dads.
About 200 people dined on Benito's Pizza during "Lunch With the Bunny" in the Rec Center gym.

After lunch, about 60 kids went on another egg hunt. This time, they searched for colorful eggs in the Rec Center pool during the annual Egg Dive.
