Moms Talk: Homework Issues

Each week in Moms Talk, our Moms Council of experts and smart moms take your questions, give advice and share solutions. If you have a topic or question you would like discussed during Mom Talk, please let us know.  We are here to talk about what YOU want to know.

Today's topic is homework.  Do you have a hard time getting your kids to do homework?  Or can you advise other parents who do struggle.  Some second graders have more homework than high school kids, how much is too much or too little?  Is homework a struggle for your family and your schedule?  Why? What can teachers do to make homework completion easier?  Or maybe we as parents have to encourage more homework and less extra curricular activities to heighten test scores.  What do you think?
