The fun and entertaining group known as The Little Big
Band
and we will be performing for the Saline Community this coming Sunday (June 17th)


The group is an idea spawned from the Saline New Horizons Band and many of the members are residents in the Saline Area.

The members of the group are

Scott Orwig             Trombone
Spencer Bennett      Guitar

Alan Warmanen       Drums

The group plays a standards, some older Rock ‘n Roll as well as jazz.

Nestled in 14 wooded acres in Saline, the Saline District Library was recently expanded and is now a 33,000-square-foot building housing more than 95,000 books, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks, newspapers and magazines. The library also offers usage of computers, Internet access and online databases. Programs include story hours, summer reading, craft workshops, book discussions groups, lectures and more. The library features the Saline History room for local history buffs and also exhibits art throughout the year.
