NEW STAR CHOI KWANG-DO FOR TEENS AND ADULTS Rewarding Adult Program We offer adult programs for all skill levels. We encourage the participation of women and men of all ages, because everyone can benefit from the study of this easy-to-learn martial art. Choi Kwang-Do combines all the positive aspects of traditional martial arts-such as character development and positive mental attitude-with a training system that is pure innovation!
*Every movement is practical and effective for self defense.
*Every movement is beneficial to overall health.
*Movements are natural and easy to perform correctly.
*All classes consist of HIIT for fitness and realistic self defense training.
*Functional strength is developed through core muscle workouts and resistance training.
Twice per week training every Tues. & Thurs.

More About Saline Community Education
Saline Community Education promotes lifelong learning, health, physical activity and artistic exploration. There are a myriad of classes, from helping a baby take his or her first steps to belly dancing for senior citizens. Saline Community Education also provides residents with access to online courses that teach everything from digital photography to mastering computer programs. There are also art classes, photography clubs, piano clubs, mental health support, lectures, dog training and much more. Before and after school care at Saline elementary schools and Pooh Corner Preschool are also offered through Saline Community Education.
