The story is based on the famous song by the same name, and includes favorite characters like Rudolph, Santa and Mrs. Claus, reindeer and elves, plus some new characters.  The story highlights the growing years of Rudolph, the reindeer that was born with a shiny nose and later goes on to lead Santa’s sleigh.  It is a family event filled with humor, a lovely message about celebrating our differences, and familiar music including Let it Snow, We are Santa’s Elves, I’m Getting’ Nuttin’ for Christmas, Baby It’s Cold Outside, and of course, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.  Be prepared for some fun audience interaction.  In addition, SAP will be supporting Toys for Tots by having a collection box at the play for those who want to donate new toys for kids.

The cast includes Rudolph who is played by Abby Wilson, Santa and Mrs. Claus played by Leo and Barbara Babcock, and Donder and Mistletoe (Rudolph’s parents) played by Rich Hamann and Jordan Louise Bauman.  Krissa Rumsey’s character narrates.  Other cast include:  Linus Babcock, Natalie Bauman, Hannah Burkhart, Mallory Castor, Claire Endres, Ben Faulkner, Adelaide Gregor, Arianna Gregor, Benedict Gregor, John Paul Gregor, Madeline Gregor, Maurita Gregor, Sammie Giannotti, Lauren Getsov, Tommy Hamann, Alex Jasman, Adair Jost, Giselle Jost, McKenna Joy Kofahl, Maggie McCormick, Natalie McQuade, Daniel Muzzi, Stephen Muzzi, Miranda Patterson, Ben Walsworth Purkiss, Jesse Ray, Maria Ray, Ella Rumsey, Josie Rumsey, Cezanne Smith, Marlowe Smith, and Lizzie Thomas.
