Saline pianist, Will Bennett, tickles the ivories of a 100 year old upright, delighting listens with an eclectic mix of American and Classic Rock songs, ranging from ditties your great-grandfather might have hummed to show tunes, ragtime, and movie music.  Half of Brewed Awakenings rembles a cozy living room, which is the perfect setting for his revival of the great American tradition of parlor piano, going back to a time when the entertainment center of a home was the piano and family and friends gathered to listen or sing their favorite tunes.  With Will's extensive repetoire, the songs vary widely from week to week, reflecting the season, upcoming holidays, and even the weather!  Some customers bring their IPADs to pull up lyrics and sing along.  Brewed Awakenings serves tasty sandwiches, soup, and delectable home-made pastries.  For special events and happenings, check Brewed Awakening's website www.brewedawakeningscafe.com
