Washtenaw County Democrats Plan Inaugural Party for President Obama
Supporters of President Obama can watch the inauguration and toast the president during a reception at the Chelsea District Library on Jan. 21.
President Barack Obama tweeted this picture shortly after the presidential race was called in his favor. The tweet, with the words, "four more years," quickly became the most re-tweeted Twitter update of all time.

The Washtenaw County Democratic Party will host a celebration of President Obama's inauguration on Jan. 21 in the McKune Room at the Chelsea District Library.
The inaugural oath, speech and festivities will be projected, via YouTube, on a large screen beginning at 7 p.m. Area Democrats are invited to come celebrate the 2012 general election results.
Participants should bring a tray of hors d'oeuvers to share, and a bottle of white alcohol-free champagne to toast Obama. Plastic glasses, napkins and plates will be provided.
