The Brecon Grille Brings a Different Taste to Saline
The Brecon Grille offers a range of different food and drinks as well as an open atmosphere to their patrons.
The Brecon Grille, on the southwest corner of Michigan Avenue and Ann Arbor Street, opened in 2002. It offers quality food and a wide range of beverages at reasonable prices while providing an excellent atmosphere for enjoying your evening.
The food at the Brecon Grille is immaculately prepared and the resaurant offers more than standard pub fair. While the normal burger and fries is available (and quite tasty), you can also find unique items like the Peppered Ahi Tuna (a sushi-esque dish that can be cooked to your specifications) and Dubliner Cheese and Macaroni (which features cheese straight from Ireland and can be ordered with a corned beef brisket). The food was excellent to eat and priced affordably.
“We have the reputation of being a little different pub food. You can get different pastas with imported cheese from Dublin, Ireland. It takes your normal foods that people are accustomed to and puts a little twist on them,” said Brecon Grille’s proprietor, Paul Geragosian.
The bar offers a later Happy Hour than normal; it starts at 8 p.m. and goes until 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. During Happy Hour, patrons can get any draft on tap for $2.00, which includes classics such as Guinness and rarer microbrews from various areas. It also offers a wide range of liquor for drinks and cocktails.
Brecon Grille offers its patrons many types of specials: coupons are available on their website and they have teamed up with restaurant.com, the rewards network and upromise. It also offers live music on some Saturdays.
