The vote is in and Saline Patch readers have selected photo No. 1, submitted by the Saline Fiddlers, as the winning entry in our Facebook banner contest.

The photo was one of 10 submissions in our call-out for pictures capturing the community's spirit; it will be featured on the Saline Patch Facebook page beginning Monday.

"I vote for photo #1," Woodland Team wrote on Saline Patch. "It's a snapshot of what our special community has to offer: well maintained store fronts, Stone Arch, Farmer's Market, beautiful flowers, talented musicians and generations of family and friends!"
