Mark your calendars: "Jeopardy!" champion Stephanie Jass of Milan will discuss her eight-day run on the popular game show during a free event in February at the Tecumseh District Library.

The Adrian College history professor also will take on local officials during a trivia tournament during the appearance at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12.

"Jass, who has won more 'Jeopardy!' games than any other woman and whose $147,570 in winnings puts her among the top 15 winners in the game’s history," was encouraged to take the show's online test by her husband and father-in-law, according to a press release.

"They really believed in me and thought I could win multiple games," she said.

Jass recently played in the "Jeopardy!" Tournament of Champions, which will air in February.
