Good Morning Saline, From the Saline FFA

Today's Good Morning Saline greeting was given by members of the FFA. They thanked the Saline Environmental Commission for the donation of four rain barrels to be used in the greenhouse built on the school campus.

The greenhouse was funded by the PTO, money from CARES, the Foundation for Saline Area Schools, Wal-Mart, the high school and the Southwest Washtenaw Consortium. It was built by agricultural students and parents.

The Saline Environmental Commission is a group of appointed citizens with the shared vision of educating and advising residents, officials and city staff on environmental issues.
